Bandcamp Payment Prossessing Fees at 11%?

I've just sold a download on Bandcamp Friday for £1. The "payment processor fees" are £0.11 so 11%. But Bandcamp says that those fees are normally 1-2% ish.

Is it because I'm in the UK and they are in the US?
